NRB is committed to maximizing your investment dollar with tenants who pay rent in an appropriate and timely manner. We take an aggressive approach to collecting rent. Legal notices are sent out several days after rent is delinquent. If rent is not collected, we proceed with the legal process for eviction.
Regular drive-by inspections are conducted along with periodic inspections of the property's interior. When tenants move in & move out, a thorough inspection is completed of the entire property. Any repairs and cleaning, attributed to the tenant, are ordered and deducted from the tenant's security deposit.
We are available during business hours Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm as well as on call for nights and weekends. Management of properties continues beyond the business work week as well as walk-thrus and showings; we are available for emergencies 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
